Ok, I kept the 2x4s. well, some of them. Probably could have ripped it all down and rebuilt cheaper.
It has a HVAC unit ordered, to be installed May. Currently has new duct work, but older model electric heater. The heater to be replaced when it warms up with HVAC unit.
It does have a fenced back yard for your pets and/ or children.
Smoking is allowed. cats fish and reptiles are too. Dogs should be kept outside. Last tenant was there 1 month and moved out of state. I had allowed an interior dog, who used a bedroom as a bathroom - have had to replace the living room and bedroom floors because of it. Am not happy about that. So interior dogs - NO. exterior - yes.
Deposit is same as rent. I dont give the key till I get a print out from the power board and water dept utilities are in your name.
