I'm clean and quiet, looking for someplace clean and quiet for about a 6-month period (but possibly longer), starting in August. I'm 20 and currently attending Naropa on 21st and Arapahoe, so something in that area, but especially to the west or north of there, would be ideal. I have no pets, I don't drink, smoke, observe 4/20, host noisy late-night parties, or blast loud music, and I always pay rent reliably. I'm just looking for somewhere quiet and calm where I can study. I'm going to be out of town for the next couple of weeks, but if you can provide decent pictures I'll give an honest, forthright response as to whether I think I might like to move in, and we can go from there.
