We're looking for a place that will be home.
The ideal place would be a 2+bd, 1+ba house, with a walk out basement and a fenced yard, off street parking would be nice, a garage would be better. Pets must be allowed, and none of that >25lb. My dog will be over 100 lbs when she's fullgrown. There needs to be w/d hookups at least, if they are included that would be better, or coin laundry on site at absolute worst. Appliances must include a refrigerator, microwave and stove, a dishwasher would be preferred.
I'm sick of seeing all these ads that seem perfect but when I request more information, I get no reply. Or they are perfect up until it says 'small dogs only'.
Please contact me if your property meets my criteria, it doesn't even have to be all of it. As long as my dog is allowed and it is in a good neighborhood [south county or south city preferably] most of the other stuff can be worked with.
