hello,i am looking for a home in the following areas.i would prefer if its in a good neighborhood and school district for my children.i wold like some yard so that the kids can play.i would also like the home to be total electric so that it would be easier for me to manage.i will be new to the area.i will keep your home clean and be a good tenant.i would be a section 8 tenant;also new and excited.please help..i would prefer a private landlord,thanks
