My Name Is Carol. I am a divorced, college educated mother of three, 19, 14 and 9. In addition to my oldest's 2yr old son.
We are relocating to FL from northeast Ohio for my adult child to go to college. I already hold a voucher here in Ohio so, I just have to transfer to Clearwater Housing Authority Florida.
I prefer a 4/2 Single Family Home with central air with a garage, that is less than 10yrs old at the very least. Older if in better shape for the right neighborhood and schools.
The reasoning for wanting a younger home is I want to rent LONG TERM.
I am a NO FUSS TENANT, No police calls, No trouble, No door traffic, And Absolutely No Parties. My rent subsidy is the only way you know I exist.:)
I am limited to Clearwater at this time. Also, I am prepared to put a sum down to hold it after seeing the home if required.
Due to my distance and time restraints, I don't have time for so~so landlords or realty companies that aren't motivated to rent.
My trip will be 3~4 days I would like to view, choose and complete my paperwork the same day, so that I can hand deliver it back to the housing authority.
I can't have another voucher expire because of paperwork delays.
If you can help me in this endeavor, it would be greatly appreciated. :)
