My boyfriend and I are looking for a two bedroom apartment to rent (condo, house, etc we're open to it). Price range we're looking to stay between $1300-$1500. Also some or all utilities would be a big plus, as well as pets (we have one cat). Available parking and walking distance to the metro is also a necessity (he drives to work and I will be taking the metro). Time wise we're looking to move around mid March to early April.
About Us:
We both work full time in the mobile gaming industry. We're able to provide proof of income, as well as references from our current apartment complex . Both mid 20s. We keep a very clean apartment and are quiet. Also we're both non-smokers. We're looking for a nice middle ground spot for both of us since he works in Baltimore and I'll be commuting to Arlington (we're currently in Arlington now).
