Ample parking is available adjacent to and behind the buildings. Heat and water for this apartment is included in the rent. Trash service is provided for the entire complex. Electric appliances including range, refrigerator, and hot water heater are in each apartment. Parking lot snow plowing is provided. Maintenance personnel are on staff for quick response to any problems.
Downtown Burlington is about one mile to the north. There is a bus stop right in front of the buildings. In addition, the Burlington Bike Path, Oakledge Park and the waterfront are close by. The Shelburne Road shopping plazas, grocery, and restaurants are nearby as well.
