Yard: Nice sized private backyard with fence around three sides. Shed included but it is old and has no doors.
Lease Requirements: Due to the previous renters upon eviction, damage was done. The house does need some work. I will have to replace the stove and finish some general cleaning. I will use the deposit take care of the stove and cleaning. I prefer to be honest and upfront. My goal is to make my home a nice temporary home for you.
Rent: The rent is $1,800 per month. The deposit is $1,500. Both are due at lease signing. There can be no exceptions. Military BAH is accepted.
1. You must provide proof of income(pay stub), work verification, SS# and copy of DL. If you are military, you will need to provide your superior's information.
2. Three adults maximum are allowed. Extra charge for a fourth adult will be required.
3. I will maintain the front lawn. I will maintain the back yard as well if you like.
4. No hoarding. The Front yard must be kept clear of debris at all times and be kept aesthetically pleasing as possible.
5. No utilities are included.
6. Absolutely no smoking or illegal drug use or activity will be tolerated.
7. Other conditions such as late fees, damage to property, noise and landlord inspections exist and will be outlined in the lease.
8. Pets are allowed.
9. Washer and Dryer hookups.
I will only rent to employed, decent, respectful and law abiding persons who will pay on time. If you are interested or think my home would serve as a good temporary home for you and/or your family, please contact me .
