It is right across the street from the water. There is a big house in front. It blocks the view to the water. However, you see the water on your drive in. IT is very shady especially in the summer when the trees have all their leaves. I prefer non drinker, non smoker, responsbile mature professional. A small family would be great if you wanted to rent the extra room.
If you want to rent only one cottage, that is good as well........I must stress I need a person who is responsible. There is a large fenced in yard for a pet for an additional non refundable desposit
