Here's the deal, I signed a year long lease for this apartment back in August, but decided to transfer from SHSU to UH for the Spring semester. My parents won't ... View more details let me move to a new apartment until I sublease my current place (and they pretty much want to kill me for transferring again -- my third time!!).
My dad has said he will pay an upfront lump sum of $500 to the person who takes over my lease. Yes, he will GIVE YOU $500 CASH. I promise this is not a scam, LOL, my parents would be responsible for the remaining lease, which would cost them a lot more than $500, so this is our incentive to get you to take over my lease!!
You would be responsible for the $729 monthly rent from February 1-July 31, 2012.
The Forum is the BEST apartment complex in Huntsville! It is a luxury student-living apartment community located close to Sam Houston State University. Seriously this complex is not trashy like most of the apartments near SHSU and it is gated, which makes it more secure!
A little more about this place:
* Six month lease
* Second floor studio apartment overlooking the pool (608 square feet)
* Located right by the sand volleyball court, the basketball court, the office, the study center(which has MAC and PC computers!), the tanning beds, and the workout room!
* Pet friendly apartment complex (I had 2 dogs, that I paid the security deposit for... not sure if that will transfer to you... something to look into if you are interested!)
* Right next door to Sam Houston State University
* If you don't want to drive to campus, the Forum offers a COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE! This is awesome if you happen to be car-less or just don't want to deal with parking on campus.
* Balcony
* Cable/Satellite
* Refrigerator
* Private Patio
* Dishwasher in unit
