The $450 includes all your bills, rent; everything. Also fully furnished, its own washer/dryer unit/closet; a small porch. its also on the first floor!!! Living here, you'll get different perks, like free gym,unlimited tanning, nice size pool, volleybell and basketball courts. The complex even throws parties in the summer, they are lots of fun, even free food and beer while it lasts. its a blast here, college life all the way. :)
