This townhouse is positioned on a hillside above Kellogg Lake - which is really more of a pond. The area is nicely wooded offering a pleasant view and giving the feeling of being away from things. While seeming to be more remote, transportation access and travel time to downtown Portland is quite good with soon to be completed Trolley Trail and future Light Rail. Conveniently located near McLoughlin access and bus routes and the Milwaukie expressway (224) connection to I 205.
