New laminate wood floor. A fun but funky place. Bathroom has sloped ceiling above tub that makes showering for anyone over 5'8" a real head bender. Believe me. Two storage sheds.
Quiet lifestyle a requirement. No smoking inside or out. One cat maximum, no dogs. Available now---will not hold. You pay separately metered electricity and either negotiate shared garbage service with neighbor in house or pay entire cost of your own garbage service. Water included in rent. Must tolerate occasional train and some freeway noise in exchange for convenient location. Not an easy place to live without a car unless you walk to LCC with its excellent weekday bus service.
