We did a ... View more details lease purchase contract on this house a year and a half ago, and now due to circumstances we have to move out of the state. I absolutely love this house and it sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with 5 other houses. So there is very little traffic. I think the video pretty much shows everything. Please don't mind my daughter....she was helping lead the tour.
