(large front sunroom on 1st floor could be a br) 2.75 baths. 24 band new windows, 9 ft ceilings and even an elevator. 3 floors with a br on each floor and a basement with a pool table. Washer and dryer in basment. . My house is in the glen afton neighborhood. a judge actually lives two houses away. Mostly federal agents and retired people live in this area as it is considered an upper class neigborhood(yes in trenton) I've completly remodeled the 3rd floor of the house. its like a hotel suite. 6' tub, 8' high shower, sink, toilet, all brand new. and a large room (aka 3rd floor br). the walls slope down cause its on the 3rd floor but is very usable space. this is where i stayed when i lived there. You will love this bathroom (its hooked up nicely). it also has 2 medium bedrooms on the second floor that were remodeled two years ago and a huge bedroom with 2 closets and a large built in book shelf. This room was remodeled this year (probably still smeels like stain and paint a little). One of the smaller br's on the 2nd floor needs paint and primer. you could paint it for 400 off rent if you do good work. the issue with the second floor rooms is the second floor bath room is not remodeled. I will remodel it to your liking if you can prove good credit and that you want to stay 2 years min. This bathroom works ok but looks like it was hit with the ugly stick. i will be returning soon to fix the rest of the house and clear out my stuff and get it rent ready. call if your interested house should be ready for march.
