The apartment is a great layout: their is a large living room, private dining room and kitchen, separate bedroom in the back with a gorgeous walk off enclosed sun porch that gives a great view of the fenced in back yard. The tenants are all A paper and have been screened thoroughly. The location is perfect: two blocks from the grand redevelopment, a few blocks from the park and walking distance to the coffee house. We also have garages in the back for additional storage or parking.
