The basement has a free washer/dryer and tons of storage space. With the high efficiency gas furnace, utilities normally average $150.00 to $200 per month. This is a great area if you enjoy the convenience of urban living. The Positively Third St Bakery is across the avenue and the Super One/Mr Movies/Rose Garden is only two blocks away. While there is no off street parking, I've never had a problem finding a parking spot less than a 1/2 of a block away. Please note that pets are considered on a case-by-case basis (I've got pet horror stories if you are wondering why) and the building is not approved for housing assistance-sorry! Background check fee is $25.00 per adult and you may need a letter of guarantee if you have no rental history or credit. Outside of that, it's a great place and I've had wonderful tenants over the years due to my strict screening procedures-this ensures that you will have decent neighbors.
