I need a credit report - not looking for great credit (no one has that in this terrible economy) - but I will not rent to you if you have previous evictions on your report.
Requires first months rent and security deposit equal to 1 months rent. Also we hold $30-40.00 towards final water bill when you move out. (depends on how many people are on lease) and and remaining will be returned to you after last bill is paid out of amount held.
Pets are going to require an additional cleaning deposit and have to be on the medium or small side in order to be accepted. No large dogs or vicious breeds allowed.

I do not need the credit score - just the pages of your report printed out or the access info to view it online if you cannot print it out to show me. You do not have to pay for this service - it is free to you once a year. If you can explain the defaults - like a medical time frame or recent divorce, I have no issues with poor credit.
