Ok. This is not for a typical person. I have a duplex. I am offering one side to the right person for $50 a month. What is the catch? It ... View more details probably needs just about everything and it is currently not livable. You fix it and you live in it. You can design it anyway you please. Let me say this again before you go there and are surprised..."It needs a lot of work". Expect a shell. The rent you would have paid me would be the exchange for fixing and buying the things it needs. Furthermore, I'd ask you take care of the lot and keep an eye on the other side. All I ask is $50 a month to cover the taxes on it. I'll give a minimum of a 3 year commitment and maybe more if it all works out because I will probably need someone to fix and manage the other side. I ask if and when you move out, you leave the residence in living order. Sorry I do not have pictures of the place. You can google the address and you will see pictures of the property at a previous condition. If you are serious, you will have to go by the property. I am flexible. If you have other ideas, let me know and I am sure we can work something out.
