Bloomington's southwest side. The apartment includes a washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room, and bedroom, PLUS a one-car garage AND a bonus room located on the lower level. The apartment is also pretty new - ours is less than three years old, and we've been there for most of that time.
We're flexible on when we move, so pick your move-in date - we can work around your schedule!
But here's the best news - since you're taking over our lease, you pay NO deposit - we already paid it for you! In fact, you may get our deposit back when you leave! If you have pets, there's NO pet deposit! PLUS, if you choose to renew once the lease is up in July, you renew at our renewal rate, since you're taking over an existing lease.
Rent is $785 a month plus $20 for water, included in the rent. The apartment is all-electric. A 2S route bus stop is nearby, and pets are welcome. Discounts for employers and IU students are available, so yours might even be less. The management company is great - we've never had any problems. We've loved living here, and you will too!

This is a tremendous opportunity to save some cash and get a great apartment - we hope to hear from you soon!
