Rent is due on the 1st, no later than the 5th. In other words if you pay late your rent reverts to $625 (+ a late fee). Pay on time and save $25 per month for the entire 6 months. Move-in costs are: Rent (either full month or partial month, depending upon your move-in date). $200 deposit & a $30 application fee when you return with the application, (no app fee for students, educators & military). The $200 deposit will guarantee the apartment on the move-in date you request, up to 30 days.
