View more details last winter to save on our gas heating. The house is all electric except for the gas heat. Our heating bill last winter, which was one of the coldest, was never over $125.00 per month. There is also central air, about 4 years old. The living room, and the dining room are larger than most. The kitchen was remodeled about 4 years ago. The entire interior was painted then. The main bath is ceramic tile flooring as well as, the kitchen. The main bath is original with cast iron tub combo shower, all tiled. The half bath is off of the master bed room. There is a small hall in the middle of the house with easy, easy pull down folding stairs to the attic - which has tons of storage! There is a sunroom off of the living room, it's door is a charming glass panel door, original to the house with the original glass door knob. The kitchen is bright and cheerful with refrig, dishwasher, electric stove, and microwave with vented hood over the stove. There is a small concrete porch off of the kitchen with a kitchen garden - I grew tomatoes, basil, and peppers this year. You could easily throw some zinna seeds down next year for a pretty and easy show next year if you wanted. The only place where there is alot of Sun is the front and kitchen side yard. The rest of the yard and half of the house is shaded by this massive, totally beautiful live oak tree! Also there is a carport on a cement pad. The back yard is completely fenced in. And, we are pet friendly. As I said the house was just recently painted just this pass May! We never intended to leave here! We love our house and our neighbors are really great! But, because of downsizing with our jobs, we had to seek employment elsewhere. Now with heavy hearts we have to be at our new place by August 1st. We are only minutes from the historic district and just ten minutes from Tybee! The rent is firm at 850.00 and there is a 850.00 deposit. Also, you will have to fill out a standard application with references, so if you have one handy to bring with you, that will speeds things a long.
