Spanish Oaks is conveniently located in Jacksonville's Arlington area. Close to Schools, Churches, Downtown, Shopping Malls (Regency Mall and the Town Centre). With the convenience of our location comes easy access to Arlington Expressway, Rte 9A, Southside Blvd, and all the other area connectors.
We are minutes away from several colleges in the area: Jacksonville University (JU), Florida State College, University of Florida (UNF), and Everest College.
The beaches (Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Jacksonville Beach) are all minutes away. We are also surrounded by many great locally owned restaurants and eateries.
We are also Pet Friendly. While we do not have a size restriction on your pet, we will not accept any type of aggressive breed animals. The pet fee is $250.00 and is non-refundable.
Directions to Spanish Oaks:
From downtown - cross the Matthews Bridge onto Arlington Expressway.
Take the Arlington Road Exit - remain in the Right Hand exit lane and proceed to make a left at lights at end of Ramp.
Cross over the bridge and take an immediate Right onto the service road right before Mobil Gas Station.
At the Stop sign, we are up ahead on the left.
