We are leaving because my husband has a job offer in Colorado Springs. This is a 6 month lease, starting April 1st, with the option of extending.
We rented this space unfurnished, but are leaving a bit of furniture as well, which can be negotiable upon request and/or purchased for a small price. The bathroom and kitchen will be fully equipped.
