View more details And it is all good!! Plenty of mountains- plenty of prairie and we are smack in the middle of it! Stay nightly, weekly, or monthly. Free HBO, cable, Wi- fi, and all utilities. All units have a tv, a microwave, and a big or small fridge. We have lots of parking in our parking lot, picnic area, clubhouse with fireplace, plenty of grills, play area, pet areas, totally awesome manager, a major bus line, major road, major mountain pass, major mountain.... we'll just spin you around until you are dizzy and if you can still walk you should be able to find something amazing to keep you busy till suppertime. There are great restaurants sprinkled all over the area! We are on the strip and this year will be better than ever!! Rodeos, barbeques, free music, Hill Climb, Garden of the Gods, trails, parks, streams, I'll add more later these are just a few ideas. There is an arcade in Manitou Springs and don't forget the springs! This is a new ad so my phone will be smokin. Get here fast! I have units available now, but I can't promise you they will last. Everthing wrapped up in one bill! You'll have to feed yourself of course, maybe a new pair of sneakers, but you won't have to wonder what's on HBO! This is the one! First come, first served- subject to approval. Okay, enough already our prices are as follows:
Nightly: Single- $60/ Double- $65/ Kitchenette- $65 Nightly rate requires a $10 security deposit.
Weekly: Single- $150/ Double- $200/ Kitchenette- $200 Weekly rate requires a $80 security deposit.
Monthly: Single- $525/ Double- $650/ Kitchenette- $650 Monthly rate requires a $100 security deposit.
Prices subject to change. Other deposits may apply. Check with Manager for availability.
Pets are welcome with a $25 deposit per pet. All deposits are fully refundable.
