I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Bella Vista at Hilltop! I moved to these wonderful apartments in July 2011, hoping to live here for quite some ... View more details time, so I signed a 14 month lease that starts month-to-month in September 2012. However, I was just offered a really good job that requires me to relocate and I will have to either break my lease from my home or find someone who would like to enjoy living here as much as I have. My apartment is just like new, considering I've only been here about 7 months. I will also be giving away some of my furniture to make my move easier. I need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible, ideally during the month of February. But March 1st is okay too. I will be moving out Saturday, Feb 4th. The rent will be prorated according to your move-in date. Below, I've included some information from the Bella Vista at Hilltop website that I found useful:

My apartment is a 704 SqFt 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the bottom floor with a patio, surrounded by lots of trees. It's $999/mo which is over $120 BELOW market rent. Utilities are not included. Renter is responsible for PG&E & Water. Apartment pays for trash. There's NO deposit (if you have good credit). The $400 deposit that I gave when I first moved in stays w/ the apartment. So whoever moves in will get my $400 whenever they decide to move out. And everything is handled with me and the main office at Bella Vista @ Hilltop.
