*** We are looking for someone to take over the LIVING ROOM, ASAP! Clean and ready for you to move in asap.
- Rent is $390 per month
- Security deposit is $300 (will be returned to you once you move out)
- Requiring AT LEAST a 6 month lease, clean and ready for move-in NOW! :)
- Landlord pays for garbage and water.
- PG&E and Comcast is NOT included in the rent. We split PG&E/Comcast evenly between all housemates (total comes out to about $20/month for each person)
- We have a FREE washer and dryer so you don't have to pay to do your laundry!
ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES:
- There are currently 3 people living in the house (2 guys, 1 girl). The 2 guys share one room, and the other room is mine.
- We are all in our early 20's, working/going to school at SJSU, and are VERY laid back. :)
- Looking for someone who is clean and laid back too!
