Unit #35 is currently available. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with about 1000 SF. It has a large living room, nice spacious living room, and filtered views. The unit is in good condition and is clean, but is slightly dated. Although dated, this apartment is charming and comfortable. There is currently no parking space available for this unit. It is street parking only.
