About us: We are in our late twenties / early thirties - a creative professional and a pilot who both travel a great deal for work. We are looking for two people to share our great home since we are rarely home to enjoy it.
The rooms are available immediately and can be rented unfurnished for $1250/mo for the larger room and $1050/mo for the smaller room. The rooms can also be rented furnished. The larger room with a king bed and bed room set for $1400/mo and the smaller room with a queen bed and bed room set for $1200.
Security deposit equal to one month's rent.
We are flexible on the term of the lease, but would prefer at least a 3 month commitment.
