Berkeley at a rental cost of $690 a month. Utilities (gas, electricity, garbage, water) included. The location is very close to campus and the majority of the building's occupants are U.C. Berkeley students. The general atmosphere of the building is some what similar to a dorm like setting, without the dorm like prices. Many of our residents study, work, and congregate together. We like to keep a very positive and respectful environment within the building at all times.
